We build machines for both simple and stuffed fresh pasta, ravioli, tortellini, crepes, cannelloni and Rome-style gnocchi. Our machines are capable of satisfying the needs of restaurants, caterers, fresh pasta stores and kitchens. The gnocchi line can produce between 50 and 1,000 kg/hour.
