The TTT procedure is; buyer will send to us a valid CPA/Q88, IBPU and ATL "Authority To Load", with this seller will comfortably load the cargo and run all the expenses, send NOR to the buyer and move the loaded vessel to Togo where the transhipment will take place and the placement of LC and payment of the product.

As for the TTO, the procedure is; that seller will load a vessel, then buyer will either raise his LC for the seller to move the cargo to Togo where buyer will take over the chartering of the vessel and take over the cargo. Or buyer will send to seller his ATB format for marine ATB after which buyer will pay for the clearance fees for his inspection agents and supercargo to come on board to perform QQ if buyer's agents wiear Sir,
