Welcome to Handy Pak Net Co. My name is Andrew Welker, current owner of Handy Pak Net Co. Although previous owner (Frank Duffy) owned & operated Handy Pak Net Co. from 1977 until January 2011, the company has been idle for the last several years due to former owner's retirement. Since we (Mother, Father, and I) have purchased Handy Pak Net Co. in January 2011, we have gained new suppliers and have had all original Handy Pak Net tools refurbished to meet the demands of today's fisherman/fisherwoman. We have currently resumed production of Handy Pak Insta-Nets and are very excited with the vision of our company.
