Your partner in Subsea engineering and tie-in technology. - EAB is your specialist on Subsea tie-in and infrastructure from wellhead to point of export. - EAB delivers Equipment for installation and commissioning. Subsea intervention and tie-in tooling. Subsea connection systems. Subsea tie-in structures like PLEM?s, TEE?s, Riser Bases, Manifolds and UTA?s. FEED studies and Subsea engineering in general. - Our solutions are based on standard products and executions, or are tailor made to customer requirements. - EAB has advanced engineering resources specialised on Subsea engineering, a network of experienced sub-suppliers and access to extensive test facilities. - EAB is member of the Framo Engineering Group. - PULL-IN AND CONNECTION EAB has participated in the development of Subsea connection systems since 1990. - EAB has to various degrees contributed to many of the well known systems available on the Subsea market covering a range from 3? to 30? pipe connections. - All this experience is built into the latest generation of EAB Spool Connection System. - EAB Spool Connection System enables diver-less tie-in and connection of a wide range of sizes without use of heavy or advanced tooling. All tools needed are launched in a separate tool basket and picked up and carried by the manipulator of an ROV. - The system is used to connect rigid and flexible spools, risers and umbilical terminations and can be arranged for vertical or horizontal orientation of the hubs. - With EAB Spool Connection System Subsea operations can be prepared for and executed with a minimum of specialised operators and a small spread. - Subsea Tooling. - EAB hub intervention tools cover the following operations. - Cleaning and inspection. Seal and cap handling and replacement. - Tools are supplied for a large number of hub types and configurations, single bore and multi-bore. The tools are carried separately by ROV or integrated in more complex tooling, even up to what we characterise as robot tools. - The core design is common, but the various applications are adapted to the actual hub and tool configuration. - One important feature with EAB Hub intervention tools is that the same tool can be used on a large size range, and are adjusted without surfacing. - EAB Standard Torque tools cover the range Class 4 to 7 according to ISO 13628-8 and can be delivered with electronic monitoring of number of revolutions made and torque applied. - Running tools and other special tools for diver-less installation, retrieval, intervention and operation is our speciality. - INSTALLATION EQUIPMENT. - EAB pipe and spool Installation equipment is tailored to the various Termination heads on the market. This family of tools works individually or together attached to the Termination heads of rigid or flexible flowlines, spools and risers. - The FLT Flowline lifting tool is used in one or both ends during launching of pipe- or flexible lines under tension. The FLT is also used to pick up lines that have to be retrieved. - The EAB Subsea Pig Launchers and Receivers are used under commissioning and pressure testing after installation. - The EAB Temporary ROV operable clamp is available for the most common hub profiles. The clamp is used for pressure caps or fitting the EAB Pig Trap to the actual Termination head. The clamp has high capacity to take installation forces and internal pressure. - These products are now standardised based on years of experience and feedback from the users. - EAB Softlanding cylinders are water based and offer 100% response to hook motions and need no external connections. A large capacity range of standard cylinders is available. - PERMANENT EQUIPMENT - STRUCTURES. - EAB provides on EPC basis all typical structures used in the Subsea pipe infrastructure like. - PLET and PLEM?s. TEE?s. Riser Bases. Pigging Stations. Manifolds. - Our reference list covers a large number of PLET and PLEM?s equipped with tie-in equipment from all the major system suppliers as well as EAB own connection system, and with connection of all pipe or spool sizes from 6? to 30?. - These are structures both for in-line installation, and larger units that require separate installation. - EAB has extensive experience in the design and supply of dropped object and trawl protection structures.
