With the factory situated in the China Town of Changzhou, North of Shanghai, Changzhou Jiacai has developed and manufactured valves, bag-on-valve for all types of aerosol products since 2003.

Annual bag-on-valve production is approximately Ten million and it is rising. Bag-on-valve of Changzhou Jiacai are used in all ranges of application e.g.: cosmetic, household, pharmaceuticals, food and technical industry.
