In 2004, Brooks Pepperfire Foods Inc. was created to manufacture the Peppermaster brand line of grilling and cooking sauces and to fill a niche demand for fresh chilli pepper products within the hot and spicy food industry. Since inception our claim to fame has been creating innovative, spectacularly flavoured, and healthful to organic food products which have a socio-economic conscience.

We create food products for the discriminating, consumer many with a desire for truly hot and spicy foods, made with high quality fresh ingredients. We are proud to proclaim our flagship product line, the Peppermaster brand, as the “Champagne” of the hot and spicy food industry. These aren’t your ordinary “hot sauces”.

Since 2007, we have focused on developing rich and delectable recipes for clients in the food industry and provide small-batch contract packing (copacking) services. We offer private label and white label services as well and with their proprietary private label process provide a comfortable entry level program for truly small batch customers. We are a full service copacker and contract manufacturer offering marketing, Social Media marketing as well as test marketing services and focus groups. Other services include ingredient sourcing, tracking and licensing for Fair Trade certification through TransFair Canada and TransFair USA, and trademark registration and tracking.

Our facility is peanut free, wheat free and bleach free.

Our customers include restaurants, bars and food companies as well as mainstream non-food related corporations. Although we specialize in offering services to small batch customers, our flexibility gives us the ability to pack for small and large customers alike.
