Our company is incorporated by Sub-Institute of Metal Materials and Beijing Tungsten and Molybdenum Materials Plant. Both of them are directly under the central large technology company Beijing General Research Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. Our company was incorporated in November 2011 with RMB100 million register capital.
