FIRST is a hi-tech enterprise with an area of 45,000 square meters. FIRST possesses registered capital of RMB40 million. We are mainly engaged in smelting, forging, mechanical working and manufacturing for titanium titanium alloy production with an investment of RMB200 million. Our factory could produce 2,000T ingots, 18,000T forgings, and 5,000T mechanical processing products annually. Our main products include titanium ingots, bars, tubes, plates, fasteners, wires, forgings, Ti/steel composite boards, Ti/ Cu composite boards/bars, Ti standard parts, Ti heat exchangers, Ti reactors, Ti pumps, Ti valves, Ti equipment and other rare metal products such as tungsten, molybdenum, tantalum, columbium, zirconium, hafnium and others.

Our company is well equipped with hi-tech equipment and a huge contingent of technicians with an integrated and systematic rare metal researching producing system from new product design, research, smelting, forging, rolling, machine working, product matte finish, physics chemistry analysis, nondestructive examination, to metrological control. We have developed a hi-tech 3T self-consumable vacuum ARC furnace which adopts German and Japanese advanced technologies. It has many advantages such as short smelting period, high efficiency, high-safety, high rate of finished products, stable chemical composition and automatic control system which completely automates the melting process.

The 2000T oil-hydraulic press is produced both by FIRST and hi-tech titanium equipment manufacturers. It is the second advanced equipment in the domestic titanium industry. The self-weight of the device is more than 300 tons and the forging frequency is 1 time/s. It has the competence to finish a 10-ton weight titanium ingot forging once, which changes the tradition of Chinese private enterprises forging billets by forging hammers, and greatly improves the product quality and performance.
