With a strong foundation in electronic engineering and refrigerated systems, Dott. Alessandro Cuomo Founder of Arredo Inox Srl, felt that the commercial refrigerated market was saturated. It was at this time when asked himself a simple question. With a passion for food and a strong desire to maintain the roots of his culture, he asked himself, How can I add today's technology to the skills of my forefathers? the answer was Stagionello a unique idea for the curing preserving and transformation of salami. After painstaking research, product design, application for numerous patents, certification, finally a working model was unveiled to the world at the EruoCarne Exhibition in Verona in 2006. After receiving top honours at the show, word began to spend about this new pioneer in southern Italy.
This new patent allowed Dott. Cuomo to set his sights on an even more ambitious project. As the world has always been under attack of violent or harsh weather systems, The Idea was realized after a trip to a ravaged country in Africa. Upon his return to Italy, Mr. Cuomo began design and construction on mobile multifunction systems for disaster relief.
As, of 2012 Stagionello, has extended into 4 other lines StagionelloEVO, Maturmeat, Salubrino, and Big Line of large scale units made to fit your size requirements.
