It is the genuine handmade cachaca produced following the tradition of the old mills of Minas Gerais, in one of the most modern stills in the state. Its distinctive aroma and flavor come careful production process which starts with our own sugar cane plantation, followed by a high quality grinding, fermentation, distillation and storage. The aging process gives it the final touch with the yellowish color from the oak barrels - aged for 02 years - and keeping the original crystal color with the Jequitiba barrels - aged for 01 year.

This cachaca is at its best in a stage of destillation process called 'heart'. This is why in the land were our cachaca is produced, it is known as 'the heart of cachaca'.

Receipt of CAIPIRINHA:

Place a Lemmon out in small slices in big glass. Add sugar according to taste. Add a shot of cachaca and ice. Shake well.Serve in the same glass or pass to a 'short glass' without filtering.
