Our standard industrial air coolers aren’t really standard at all, consolidating our proprietary all-aluminum AHE evaporator.The plate fin evaporator can be customized with equally or varying-spaced fins—from 1 to 8 fins per inch—to satisfy your cooling and moisture requirements. Further, “performance circuiting” optimizes heat transfer for flooded, pumped recirculation, direct expansion or brine/water applications. Air, water, hot gas and water-assisted hot gas defrost options are also available.

Air cooler components integrate with structurally rigid yet aesthetically pleasing flanged panel casing, built with heavy gage aluminum alloy. E-Z entry end panels accessibly allow you to conveniently install or inspect valve and electrical components. If desired, a variety of materials can include factory-installed check valves, and integral heated and insulated defrost drains.

Our standard air cooler line features direct-drive heavy-duty Unicast aluminum axial fans. Aerodynamic fans discharge cones assure maximum air throw while minimizing power consumption in various flow and external static pressure conditions. Additionally, individually compartmentalized fan sections permit individual fan operation and prevent reverse fan rotation. This configuration saves energy when you operate the air cooler at reduced capacity.
